Low Carb Chocolate Frosting

3 TBS unsalted butter, softened
5 TBS cocoa powder
1 cup Splenda
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 tsp NSA vanilla extract
a few droplets of hot water (to thin frosting only as needed)

Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk until well combined. When frosting cake or cookies, make sure they are completely cooled or the butter in the frosting will melt.
