Ricotta Quiche
3 eggs beaten
1.5 cups ricotta
parsley
basil
2 cups broccoli
2 oz sharp cheese grated
2 tbsp parmesan cheese grated
sauteed scallion
salt and pepper
mix all and bake in buttered tart pan at 350 for 35 mins.
